October 2026

  1. New

    Network stats are live

The stats page shows network activity day by day, its peak hours and records, plus the most played games and the most active players. Every game page now shows its own numbers too, and every network change is gathered on the changelog page.

  2. Fix

The Garry's Mod loading screen fits small screens

On 1366 × 768 or 1280 × 720 screens, the rules covered the progress bar while loading. The screen now measures itself and tightens up until everything stays readable, on all three Garry's Mod servers. The mascot also follows the width of squarer screens.

  3. Fix

Left 4 Dead 2 Versus is back to versus

The Versus server was starting in co-op with 4 slots. It now runs real versus again, 8 players, four survivors against four infected.

  4. Event

    The Discord opens

The community gets its HQ, with a channel per game, help and server announcements.

  5. Update

    Minecraft Bedrock now updates itself

The Bedrock server moves to the new Minecraft version within hours of its release, at a time when nobody is playing.

September 2026

  1. Milestone

    Detailed stats begin

The numbers on the stats page start that day, older readings were not kept.

August 2026

  1. Update

More slots on CS:S and DoD:S

The next day, Counter-Strike: Source and Day of Defeat: Source go from 24 to 32 slots, ready for next time.

  2. Event

The night of the Valve patch

Around 10 pm, Valve ships an update for its Source games. Servers left on the old version become unreachable, ours are up to date in under fifteen minutes. Players pour in and Counter-Strike: Source stays full for 25 minutes.
