TeamStrator

Counter-Strike: Source server, the 24-player pub

The 2004 CS, USP headshots and all-nighters: dust2 never aged a day.

Our Counter-Strike: Source server is a classic 24-player pub rotating through eight cult maps: de_dust2, de_dust, cs_office, cs_italy, de_aztec, de_inferno, de_nuke and cs_assault. Friendly fire off, automatic team balance, stock settings: this is golden-era CS:S, untouched.

Source modernised 1.6 without betraying it, and its community never let go. The server auto-updates on every boot, shows up in the Steam browser and runs VAC. Bring your AWP, office is waiting.

Frequently asked questions

Which maps are in the rotation?

Eight cult classics: de_dust2, de_dust, cs_office, cs_italy, de_aztec, de_inferno, de_nuke and cs_assault. The map changes when the time limit ends, every twenty minutes.

What do I need to play?

Counter-Strike: Source on Steam, that's it. The game costs a few euros outside sales and runs on anything. No sign-up on our side: connect and play.

Is the server faithful to original CS:S?

Yes: classic settings, no gameplay-altering plugins, original recoil and economy. We maintain the machine and the updates, the game stays the one you know.

Why 24 players?

It is the pub format that keeps all eight maps alive: enough people to fill cs_office and cs_italy, without turning dust2 into an unreadable brawl. Teams balance automatically.

Is the server protected against cheaters?

Yes, VAC is on: a banned account cannot connect. The server keeps full logs and the crew acts on precise reports (name, time, context).
